Nirmal Nambiar, the Founder and CEO of Oqlous AI (formerly known as inQbator), is pioneering the development of the world’s first AI Product Manager.

Despite being just 21 years old, Nirmal is a remarkable talent from Kerala and an alumnus of BITS Pilani. His vision is to empower product managers and team leaders with a cutting-edge AI solution that streamlines workflows, automates repetitive tasks, and boosts productivity.

Nirmal’s journey is characterized by significant achievements. Despite his youth, he boasts an impressive track record, having completed seven internships and founded four startups during his time at engineering college.

Notably, he made the bold choice to decline a lucrative job offer of 65 lakhs to pursue his passion for building transformative products for India as part of the ‘Build for Bharath’ initiative.

Before establishing Oqlous AI, Nirmal refined his skills as a Software Engineer at Unremot, a Techstar ’21 startup that raised nearly 6 Crores. His direct experience with the founders of Bluelearn, a company valued at 120 Crs, further fueled his determination to innovate and disrupt the industry.

Alongside his entrepreneurial endeavors, Nirmal launched inQbator, a Mentorship Platform aimed at bridging the gap between aspiring professionals and industry experts.

Inspired by his visits to remote parts of India and interactions with students from Tier 3 colleges, Nirmal recognized the need for mentorship and guidance, prompting him to create a platform that facilitates knowledge exchange and skill development.

Now, with the introduction of Oqlous AI, Nirmal is positioned to have a profound impact on the field of product management. His previous startups, including WorkX, Quikship, and inQbator, underscore his dedication to innovation and problem-solving.
