360 View named Top CRM Provider for 2024
360 View, trusted provider of customer relationship management software for financial institutions, announced today that they are being recognized by Banking CIO Outlook magazine as a top CRM provider for 2024.
Offering one of the first CRM’s built specifically for banks and credit unions, 360 View has been serving financial institutions for more than 23 years. Their industry trusted CRM records every customer touchpoint in real time, then channels those interactions into tools that help their clients offer dynamic personalized service.
Banking CIO Outlook is an enterprise technology magazine that offers senior-level technology executives a reliable resource for gaining industry insights and staying abreast of technology trends. The platform regularly evaluates industry providers, and through a nominations process and assessment by an expert panel recognizes top technology companies serving financial institutions.
The Banking CIO Outlook award comes on the heels of several milestones within 360 View: a recent software release including a redesigned easy-to-navigate and visually pleasing user interface, the addition of user-defined dashboards, and a growth-focused restructuring of senior management. Part of that restructuring was naming David Acevedo, former SVP of National Sales, as President. He appears on the cover of the current Banking CIO Outlook magazine representing 360 View as the recipient of the 2024 top CRM provider. In the article, “360 View–Meet the Banker’s Choice CRM,” Acevedo touts their banking experience as a real differentiator, “When you’re partnering with us, and you’re talking to us in the sales process and evaluating different partnerships, we continually prove our experience . . . we are bankers who have actually done it.”
360 View focuses on providing bankers with the tools to better know their customers. Rebecca Key, VP of Marketing explains how listening to their clients and continually improving those tools is all a part of their success: “In marketing particularly, we are excited about the recognition from an industry platform like Banking CIO Outlook, so I hope people read the article and see that one of the things we do best is take great care of our clients. We try to listen and respond. We are making the tool better and more effective for our customers because we are listening.”
