A product strategist who thrives on creating things that make people’s lives easier, Aynsley Toole’s career spans more than 20 years. Currently, she is Vice President and CPO of Product Management at ADP.

In her role, Aynsley leads strategy creation and product development for ADP’s retirement services portfolio, and oversees a team of product owners to develop product roadmaps.

Aynsley is focused on creating alignment with senior stakeholders on the product vision, roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Before ADP, Aynsley worked for multiple leading organisations including Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Deloitte and Monitor Group.

Aynsley is also a graduate of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia Business School, Ivey Business School at Western University and Queen’s University.
