Vixtra Raises $36M in Debt and Equity Funding
Vixtra, a São Paulo, Brazil-based fintech company, raised $36m in Debt and Equity funding.
The round included:
- a $30m USD debit facility with asset managers such as Capitânia, Verde, Credit Saison, and Contea. a $6m seed extension funding.
The company intends to use the funds to further invest in technology and expand its range of financial and technological solutions to cater to a wider array of importer needs.
Co-founded by Co-CEOs Leonardo Baltieri, and Guilherme Rosenthal, and Commercial Director Caio Gelfi, Vixtra is a fintech specializing in credit for importers and financial management technology for international trade. Its financial solutions eliminate the need for receivables and other assets as collateral, granting access to special credit using cargo in transit, without impacting other lines of credit or financing.
Established in 2021, the company has already raised $10.5m in equity through seed and seed extensions, with investments from Valor Capital, QED Investors, NXTP, Endeavor Scale-Up Ventures, Actyus, angel investors and debt capital.
