Acxiom, a customer intelligence solution provider, has announced a strategic partnership with ActionIQ, a customer data platform (CDP). The partnership will harness the power of both companies to help brands and marketers aggregate, analyze, and activate their customer data, enabling smarter, data-driven marketing and seamless, personalized customer experiences. Additionally, the collaboration will equip ActionIQ’s platform with Acxiom’s capabilities, including cohesive identity resolution, in-depth customer insights, data security, compliance, and predictive insights.

Avaamo Debuts an AI-Powered Agent Assist Tool for Contact Center Agents

Avaamo, a generative AI solution for enterprise businesses, has announced the Avaamo Agent Assist CopilotTM. The new tool, built on Avaamo’s generative AI platform, provides real-time support to contact center agents throughout the live call journey. It comes equipped with pre-call intent detection, in-call assistance, task automation, post-call data insight extraction, and other functionalities designed to help companies set a new standard for live voice call transcription and agent assistance services.

Freshworks Appoints a New CEO

Freshworks, an AI-boosted business software provider, has appointed Dennis Woodside as Chief Executive Officer & President. Woodside, who was previously serving as Freshworks’ President, will succeed Girish Mathrubootham, founder of Freshworks, as CEO. Before joining Freshworks in 2022, Woodside served various leadership roles at companies like Dropbox, Google, and McKinsey & Co. Additionally,  Mathrubootham will be transitioning to the role of Executive Chairman and remain the chairman of Freshworks’ Board of Directors, which Woodside is also a member of.

Iterable Shares Details on the New Features Available in its Product Update

Iterable, a customer engagement platform provider, announced several new capabilities as part of its 2024 product announcement. The additions include enhanced Smart Segmentation functionalities, a native WhatsApp integration, a Brand Affinity Reporting tool to help users extract deeper customer sentiment insights, additional data sources for its Smart Ingest feature, and Journey Assist, a new tool powered by generative AI that can help users build Journeys faster with natural language prompts. Klaviyo Announces the Klaviyo Portfolio Solution

Klaviyo, a customer platform provider, has launched the Klaviyo portfolio, a new offering designed to improve multi-account management by helping businesses create a centralized view of their marketing performance. This solution can also help companies identify new growth opportunities, manage budgets, share assets from templates to entire campaigns, and track user activity across accounts to ensure multi-factor authentication and Single Sign-On are applied for security. Qualtrics, an experience management (XM) solution provider, has announced several new capabilities to help organizations build connections with customers, prospects, and employees. These “purpose-built” capabilities include conversational feedback tools to analyze survey responses; intelligent summaries of feedback from employees, customers, and market research; automated workflows powered by Qualtrics and xFlow to trigger GPT-powered actions; and Qualtrics Assist, an AI agent to help everyone in an organization get actionable insights from the customer and employee experience.

Qualtrics also announced several other AI-powered updates to its XM for Customer Experience solution suite, focusing on expanding the in-store and online tools available to frontline teams.
