UST To Train Over 25,000 Employees In Generative AI
UST, a global digital technology solutions company, will train more than 25,000 employees in generative artificial intelligence and provide opportunities for career advancement.
The AI training programme will upskill more than 80% of employees in the rapidly evolving field, according to UST. The programme follows the recent launch of UST AlphaAI, which consolidates the company’s AI offerings with the aim of enhancing business agility, streamlining operations and accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises.
UST said it will offer a range of gen AI training programmes tailored to employees and their roles and responsibilities. The programme will build upon insights gained through UST’s collaboration and partnership with AI researchers from academic institutions such as the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.
