Most Influential Women in Fintech 2024

For the second year running, American Banker is recognizing women in the financial technology community who have wielded influence and helped move the industry forward. These 20 women will be honored at the Digital Banking Conference, June 24 and 25 in Boca Raton, Florida. The honorees are listed below in alphabetical order. At the conference, we will announce one overall 2024 Influencer of the Year.

To decide who should receive this recognition this year, American Banker’s editorial staff were joined by three external judges — Maria Gotsch, president and CEO of the Partnership Fund for New York City; Michele Alt, co-founder and managing director of Klaros Group; and Aaron McPherson, principal of AFM Consulting — who combed through a large batch of applications.

Influence can be hard to quantify. The judges tried to select female leaders who have proven themselves in challenging jobs and who have made their voices heard.
