Rividium Keeps $249 Million ‘Defender’ Cybersecurity Contract
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency reasonably awarded a $249 million cybersecurity services contract to RiVidium Inc., known as the “Defender contract,” the Government Accountability Office said.
Protesters Spry Methods Inv. and Castalia Systems LLC raised several challenges to the award decision, including their argument that the agency failed to properly evaluate risks posed by RiVidium’s plan to use proprietary software called Orion in an interactive dashboard.
