Electric vehicle caught fire at South Charleston car dealership
SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — An electric vehicle began smoking from the hood Saturday evening at a luxury car dealership in South Charleston.
Dispatchers said they received the call about 4:30 p.m. that the vehicle started smoking at Astorg Auto along Dudley Farms Lane.
The vehicle was removed and suppression efforts were made by first responders, according to South Charleston Fire Chief Virgil White.
No injuries were reported and the cause is still under investigation.
