delaware advances digital transformation with SAP solutions
delaware Philippines, a provider of advanced ICT solutions and services, has successfully implemented SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC), the infrastructure division of the Aboitiz Group.
The integration of SAP Ariba, a platform known for its effective spend management capabilities, will help optimize AIC’s procurement strategies. This solution enables AIC to operate with greater agility, achieve sustainable sourcing savings, and strengthen its supply chain resilience. The SAP Ariba implementation includes the Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Sourcing, and Commerce Automation modules, which are designed to enhance operational efficiency and vendor engagement.
“The optimization of sourcing processes, centralization of information, and risk management are crucial in achieving AIC’s goal for business transformation,” said Rosette Carrao, head, Partner and Delivery at delaware Philippines.
Carrao noted that the SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions provide AIC full control over purchasing and asset operations, enhancing their ability to drive cost savings and maintain ethical sourcing practices.
Complementing this, the introduction of SAP S/4HANA EAM marks another major achievement in AIC’s digital transformation journey. This solution aims to improve asset performance and shows AIC’s commitment to leveraging digital tools for operational excellence in asset-intensive environments. The integration of both SAP solutions into the S/4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system allows AIC’s ecosystem, including buyers, suppliers, and asset technicians, to operate more effectively.
The success of this implementation is attributed to the strong collaboration between delaware and AIC.
“Both teams worked in a safe, engaged, and collaborative setting, learning and growing together,” said Simone Pigason, SVP for Customer Success at delaware Philippines. “Our Design Thinking workshop on Business Transformation Management further strengthened our partnership and laid the groundwork for future projects.”
