Senior Director of Product – BigTime Software, Inc.
BigTime Software is seeking a Senior Director of Product to design, build and execute on the vision of our best-in-class PSA. What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- Lead the product managers responsible for the consultant experience (time, expense, projects), reporting & analytics, integrations, and BigTime AI
- Develop and lead the long-term product vision, strategy and roadmap for the portfolio of products
- Deliver, innovate and grow the product portfolio with user-centric experiences in close collaboration with UX designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Champion the “Voice of the Customer” from discovery all the way to execution – reviewing usage trends, engagement, pathing and more.
- Key partner with GTM leadership on market trends and competition, contributing to our thought leadership strategy.
- Oversee internal relationships with Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Success and Support to ensure customer satisfaction, a healthy feedback loop – delivering on constant innovation.
- Complete ownership of release schedule & ongoing prioritization
Who You Are:
- 10+ years experience in product management within a SaaS organization.
- 5+ years experience leading teams and developing product managers.
- Customer-centric approach to understanding insights and championing their voice.
- Experience leading & implementing an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with a wide variety of product lines/offerings, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- Ability to prioritize features and create roadmaps backed by data-driven business cases.
- Natural ability to prioritize features and create roadmaps
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven and automated solutions from concept to successful launch. Experience in growth product management is a plus.
- Experience with business intelligence solutions, concepts, and methodologies with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sisense, Domo or similar.
- Understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied to solve business or customer problems
