Pope endorses artificial intelligence – The Catholic Thing

Speaking to the G7 summit of world leaders, Pope Francis said artificial intelligence arises from the use of “God-given creative potential.” The pope gave an endorsement for Artificial Intelligence at the G7 summit in Italy, but warned that although machines can make choices only human beings are “in their hearts are capable of deciding.” Francis is the first pontiff to speak at a G7 meeting.
