Pipedrive has five tiers of pricing plans: Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power  and Enterprise.

Pipedrive CRM starts at $14 per month per user, payable annually. More feature-rich subscriptions are also available for $29, $49, $64 and $99 per month per user, which are payable annually.

Generally, Pipedrive is a reasonably priced CRM solution, although you will have to pay extra for some regular features. Here’s a more comprehensive description of the various plans:

Pipedrive Essential Plan: Starts at $14 per Month

Pipedrive’s Essential plan  is a great choice for small businesses. This plan provides basic CRM tools and platform integrations.

Users are able to customize pipeline phases and fields. Data can be imported, exported and merged (duplicate data). It also includes the basics such as lead tracking and deals management, as well as sales reports, mobile apps and email integration.

Security is basic (two-factor authentication and AES-256 encryption are included), and users have access to a sales assistant AI to help improve sales performance. The Essential plan is a very good option for small businesses but the main catch is that there are limits on how many users, deals, contacts and products can be added.

When invoiced annually, the Essential plan costs $14 per user per month ($168 per user per year) while it costs $24 per user per month when billed monthly.

Pipedrive Advanced Plan: Starts at $29 per Month

Pipedrive’s Advanced plan significantly increases the number of features that assist enterprises in tracking communications. It increases automation and expands communication tools.

When billed annually, Pipedrive’s Advanced plan costs $29 per user per month ($348 per user per year), and $39 per user per month when billed monthly.

Pipedrive Professional Plan: Starts at $49 per Month

The Pipedrive Professional plan comes with enhanced reporting, automation and team management tools. It also incorporates Google Workspace and document tracking, so you know when clients have reviewed what you send to them.

Pipedrive’s Power plan comes standard with all of the functionality of the lower plans and also adds functionality for extra work groups, more active automations and allows for more custom fields.

Features include:

  • Up to 500 custom fields
  • Up to 250 insights reports
  • Phone support from 5 a.m to 9 p.m UTC
  • Implementation program

Pipedrive’s Power plan costs $64 per user per month invoiced annually or $79 per user per month on a monthly plan.

Pipedrive Enterprise Plan: Starts at $99 per Month

Pipedrive’s Enterprise plan comes with unrestricted and unlimited access to most Pipedrive tools.
