Ashok Bansal sells 0.64% stake in PB Fintech

Ashok Bansal sold a 0.64 percent stake in PB Fintech via a bulk deal on May 17. Ashok Bansal sold 29 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1325.15 per share.

As of March 31, Ashok Bansal had a 1.65 percent stake in PB Fintech.

Yashish Dahiya, meanwhile, sold a 1.3 percent stake in PB Fintech, selling 59 lakh shares for an average price of Rs 1325.15 apiece. As of March 31, Dahiya had a 4.63 percent stake in PB Fintech.

PB Fintech shares closed 1.53 percent down at Rs 1,318 on the National Stock Exchange.

PB Fintech, doing business as PolicyBazaar, develops and publishes an online financial services platform. The company offers a consumer centric platform by partnering with financial services companies such as insurance companies to enhance their platforms from a consumer e-commerce perspective.

Meanwhile, Zinnia Global Fund PCC – Cell Dewcap Fund sold 1.4 lakh shares in Mos Utility Limited for an average price of Rs 199.87 per share.
