BCD M&E launches proprietary generative AI tool
BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has launched a proprietary generative AI tool designed to transform the way its teams work.
Assist, the latest proprietary product to come under BCD M&E’s technology suite, has been developed to enhance productivity, streamline processes and provide assistance in day-to-day tasks.
The tool encompasses the first phase of its launch of a suite of technology advances being released in the coming months.
Ted Stone (pictured left), SVP, global technology and products at BCD said: “During this initial phase, we will be testing Assist capabilities across different regions, lines of business, and shared services teams. This will allow us to gather valuable feedback and insights to further refine and improve the tool, empowering our teams.
“It’s important to note that Assist is designed to support and augment our work, not replace human creativity and expertise. It’s a collaborative tool that complements our skills and helps us achieve even greater results.”
Bruce Morgan (pictured right), global president at BCD, said: “We firmly believe that Assist has the potential to significantly enhance our efficiency and effectiveness, and we are excited to explore its possibilities. As we continue to invest in technology to empower our teams around the world, our focus will be on ensuring compliance and data security.”
