BetConstruct partners with Fast Track to integrate its CRM solutions
Gaming technology and services provider BetConstruct has partnered with Fast Track, an iGaming CRM technology provider. This alliance allows BetConstruct operators to integrate Fast Track’s CRM solutions.
With this deal, BetConstruct is integrating a third-party CRM for the first time, “showcasing the industry’s confidence in Fast Track’s technology.”
This partnership combines BetConstruct’s offerings, including sports betting, casino games, and eSports platforms, with Fast Track’s AI-powered CRM, with an aim to enhance the player experience.
Fast Track’s real-time data capabilities and automation deliver 1:1 player experiences at scale. Its flagship product, Fast Track CRM, integrates with gaming platforms, distribution channels, and bonus engines, enabling targeted campaigns and personalized player journeys. This integration offers operators a plug-and-play onboarding process and access to real-time data for informed decisions.
The Singularity Model, an AI-driven system at the core of this integration, enhances player experience, retention, and loyalty by delivering personalized content through the right channels at the right times.
