Buchalter Adds Shareholder Lee, Establishes Fintech, AI Practice

Wendy Lee has joined Buchalter as a shareholder in Seattle, the firm said Tuesday.

Lee will also serve as the chair of the new fintech and AI practice group, according to Buchalter.

She was previously the chief legal officer at a fintech company that explored the use of AI related technology in the mortgage servicing industry, said the firm.
