Chinese entrepreneurs bet on Japan
Chinese capitalists are turning toward Japan as their home market faces significant challenges — early movers in what they argue is a building and promising rush for opportunity.
Sensing the trend, Tokyo’s J. F. Oberlin University introduced a Chinese-language Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in 2019. The two-year course is conducted entirely in Chinese, including lectures, research, thesis writing and presentations.
Around 10 Chinese business professionals are currently enrolled, the average age of those enrolled being 35.
