Doosan Robotics announced on May 20 that it has established Doosan Robotics Europe in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Doosan Robotics Europe will identify excellent local partners, including system integration (SI) companies, in major European countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Italy.

It will also focus on selling solutions that are in high demand in Europe, such as palletizing, which sorts and stacks items on pallets, machine tending, which inserts workpieces and takes out finished products, and welding.

In addition, Doosan Robotics will build a service center in Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands, that can quickly respond to after-sales service needs such as installing and retrieving collaborative robots and replacing parts to enhance customer satisfaction and reliability.

An official from Doosan Robotics said, “We will focus our marketing and sales activities on the P Series, which will be released in the second half of the year, following the H Series in North America and Europe, where there is a high demand for heavy payload collaborative robots. We will expand our sales channels to more than 100 in North America and Europe within the year, develop solutions tailored to the needs of local customers, and establish a service network to improve customer satisfaction.”

Doosan Robotics has been expanding its partners in North America since establishing Doosan Robotics Americas in Plano, Texas, in 2022. Last year, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Rockwell Automation, the largest industrial automation solutions company in the U.S., to strengthen marketing activities in North America.
