It’s a multi-billion dollar investment, which the city says is the biggest capitol investment by a new company in its history.

XAI says they are working to build Artificial Intelligence to accelerate human scientific discovery.

The facility in Memphis is set to open sometime later this year, with the official sign-off approval from a pair of state and local agencies.
