HubSpot is a popular CRM platform with open-source features and integrations, making it an extremely customizable tool. Both HubSpot and EngageBay offer a free-for-life version of their CRM software that includes a trimmed down version of their offerings. Comparing the two, HubSpot’s free tier does support more contacts while allowing up to 2,500 users. This is a major increase to EngageBay’s 15 user max, making Hubspot a top free CRM option.

Compared to EngageBay, Keap offers ecommerce, quoting, invoicing and payment features.
