Gilbert considering new electric vehicle charging fees

Three family members who took a 16-year-old boy from his Gilbert home because they thought he would help with the Second Coming are set to be sentenced on Tuesday. Spring Thibaudeau, her brother Brook Hale and her daughter Abigail Snarr agreed to a plea deal earlier this month. Thibaudeau did not have custody of him, and they saw him as a divine person who significantly contributed to Christ’s Second Coming.
