Groupama, the leader of the insurance market in Romania, chooses SAP for digital transformation


Groupama, the insurance market leader in Romania, with a presence on the local market since 2009, has chosen SAP for its digital transformation and to improve the overall experience of its team. Transforming the experience for the Groupama team

To improve the overall experience of the 1,500 people on the team in Romania, as well as future candidates, Groupama decided to transform its local human resources processes through SAP SuccessFactors.

The goal pursued by the insurance company through this change was to further modernize the existing human resources IT system, to better meet the needs of the team, by creating a single space where everyone can access different tools and information, such as their own performance indicators, development objectives, remuneration, but also through which they can access various learning opportunities.

In addition, the transformation through SuccessFactors also aimed to provide managers with a useful tool to manage their teams and make managerial decisions more easily, supported by easily accessible data. Regarding future colleagues, Groupama also aimed to create and maintain a solid base of potential candidates.
