IIM Kozhikode and Emeritus launch professional certificate programme in Product Management


The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) along with Emeritus announced the launch of the Professional Certificate Programme in Product Management. It is a first-of-its-kind product management programme, featuring Generative AI sessions, providing learners with industry-backed, hands-on training on Gen AI tools.

This high-impact 39-week programme is thoughtfully designed for entry-level managers and entrepreneurs seeking to gain comprehensive knowledge on new product development, product strategies, and product analytics.

The programme includes modules such as introduction to Generative AI, product management and Generative AI, introduction to product strategy, strategic approach for competitive advantage in product strategy, predictive analytics for product management and digital analytics tools and techniques among others. 

Through this programme, participants will be able to:

  • Develop the product mindset needed to bring viable products or services to the market
  • Map customer journeys and user personas to define and solve problems through products

The eligibility for this programme includes Graduates (10+2+3) and Diploma holders (10+2+3) from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government/recognised international universities). This programme is set to begin on June 26, 2024, with a fee of INR 1,95,000 plus GST. 

Upon successful completion of the programme with a minimum grading of 70%, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion from IIM Kozhikode.
