Incubeta, an international digital marketing partner, has recently acquired Persuasion Technologies, a leading Google Cloud Platform-certified firm specializing in marketing analytics. This acquisition is designed to bolster Incubeta’s expertise in advanced analytics and cloud technology, aiming to enhance marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns.

Established in 2010, Persuasion Technologies has solidified its position as a Google Cloud Partner (GCP) in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) area. With a track record of delivering return on investment (ROI) and conducting marketing analytics for more than 500 companies, including renowned brands like Wing Tai Group, the company’s Google Cloud Partner status underscores its technical expertise, innovative approach, and commitment to high-quality implementation of Google Cloud solutions.

By merging Incubeta and Persuasion Technologies, the combined entity will offer enhanced insights into consumer behavior and campaign effectiveness. This integration will enable clients to achieve more precise and efficient marketing outcomes. Persuasion Technologies brings its proprietary marketing and customer data warehouse, Datalaksa, which includes advanced capabilities in data analytics, dashboard creation, and marketing automation, further enriching the suite of services available.

“We are incredibly proud of our achievements over the past 14 years”, said Tzu Ming Chu, Founder and Director of Persuasion Technologies. “Our partnerships and analytics partnership with major cloud platforms, including Google, are a testament to the team’s innovation and expertise, as well as the fantastic work we have done for our clients. Now we start a new journey and are thrilled to join forces with Incubeta so that we can continue driving data-driven growth for businesses in the region”.

Clients are set to gain substantial benefits from the collective expertise of Incubeta and Persuasion Technologies. The integration promises advanced predictive analytics and real-time data processing capabilities, empowering companies to swiftly adjust strategies and greatly improve digital campaign outcomes. These capabilities are especially critical in today’s marketing environment, where shifts in privacy regulations and consent management have posed challenges, limiting access to campaign signals and valuable insights.

“By harnessing the sophisticated analytics and cloud infrastructures of Persuasion Technologies, we are enhancing our ability to deliver market-leading solutions that drive real business results,” stated Jacques van Niekerk, CEO of Incubeta. “This acquisition is timely, as most marketers grapple with a loss of campaign signals and relevant insights due to structural changes in privacy and consent management. For us and our clients, being able to set a new standard in how data and AI informs marketing strategies and decision-making is critical”.

The acquisition is particularly significant for clients in the APAC region. “This acquisition is a game-changer for our clients in the APAC region”, said Sam Shennan, Managing Director of Incubeta, Australia. “Persuasion Technologies’ deep understanding of the local market, combined with their expertise in Google Cloud technology and advanced analytics, perfectly complements our own global capabilities. Together, we’re poised to set a new standard for data-driven marketing, empowering brands to unlock unprecedented growth in the face of a rapidly evolving digital landscape”.

Following the acquisition, Persuasion Technologies will undergo rebranding to become Persuasion by Incubeta. This transition will grant Persuasion access to Incubeta’s complete range of services and solutions, including its Seamless Technology suite, thereby enabling the delivery of a comprehensive digital marketing package to customers. This merger represents a notable advancement for both firms and their clientele.
