Aspark SP600 claims fastest electric vehicle title
This remarkable feat was accomplished on the same 2.4-mile-long straight track where the Croatian hypercar, the Rimac Nevera, had set its own record in 2022. Marc Basseng, a German racing driver and Nurburgring 24h winner, was behind the wheel of the Aspark SP600 during the record-breaking run. The hypercar’s impressive top speed of 272.6 mph was officially verified by a Racelogic V-Box device, solidifying its position as the fastest electric vehicle to date.
