She is also the co-owner of Heelem Holdings, a real estate investment firm purchasing and leasing commercial property. Mrs. Stevens’ other entrepreneurial endeavors include a distinguished tenure as president and majority owner of Capital Dental Equipment in Cedar Park since 2012, specializing in refurbishing state-of-the-art dental imaging equipment, president, and majority owner of Dental Health Management Solutions (DHMS) since 2004, a women-owned company where she demonstrates her long-standing commitment to providing comprehensive mobile dental services to government, public, and private customers. She also serves as president of AnyPlace MD and AnyPlace Audiology which provides hospitals and healthcare organizations with the best professional staff needed to fulfil the requirement as well as mobile health care solutions. While her husband serves as CEO running all the daily operations of those companies, Mrs. Stevens keeps an active role in the strategic plans and monthly board meetings. Presently, Mrs. Stevens spends much of her time as the owner of 6S Strategies in Cedar Park, focusing on legislative strategy, advocacy, procurement, and business development for many different education and healthcare companies located throughout the US.
Known for being action-oriented, Mrs. Stevens emphasizes the importance of follow-through when engaging with lawmakers, state agencies, business owners and CEO’s. Her motto is “don’t just talk about it….do it.” Entry into her profession was influenced by her husband’s experience as a health care administrator dealing with challenges in providing dental services for Alzheimer’s assisted living centers. However, she was skeptical at first, his vision and this family-driven initiative eventually expanded into contracts with the military, showcasing Mrs. Stevens’ ability to identify needs, create solutions, and implement helpful connections. Her ability to learn quickly, understand needs and detect solutions led to the launch of 6S Strategies.
Mrs. Stevens’ career is marked by her dedication to addressing critical issues within her community and beyond. Her most notable achievement is representing families who have tragically lost their children to fentanyl. She has undertaken this advocacy pro bono, investing her own resources to develop a national curriculum to support these families through their grief. Inspired by the strength and dedication to cause, each angel family has portrayed during the most devastating loss only drives Mrs. Stevens more to push harder for change. Through her resources and expertise, she is determined to advocate, push legislation, and expand awareness so their voices will be heard nationwide. Mrs. Stevens notably serves on the board of Texas Against Fentanyl, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives through fentanyl awareness. She also co-founded The Tucker Project, an initiative established by Texas Against Fentanyl to produce and provide a fentanyl education curriculum to schools throughout the country. Among other interests, Mrs. Stevens is active on the school board at the Apogee School, President of the Board for The Tucker Project and serves on the executive board of Operation 360.
In preparation for her career, Mrs. Stevens graduated with a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies, cum laude, from Texas State University in 2002. Building upon her professional accomplishments, she credits her success to her husband and 4 boys as well as her drive, motivation, resourcefulness, and ability to get things done.
