Mazda names FCB/Six as CRM AOR » Strategy


FCB/Six to lead CRM strategy, creative and technology for Mazda

FCB/Six has been tapped to lead all CRM activities across strategy, creative, technology and analytics for Mazda Canada.

The new assignment will make FCB/SIX responsible for all CRM campaigns and programs including new vehicle launches, handraiser communications and managing customer journeys.

“FCB/Six demonstrated exceptional capabilities across tech, creative and strategy,” says Michael Tsang, national manager of digital innovation at Mazda Canada. “[Its] deep understanding and experience in Salesforce cemented our decision to partner with [FCB].”

With a focus on first-party data strategies, segmentation and personalization, FCB/Six will work with Mazda to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and spearhead an omnichannel CRM effort to capture, convert and retain Mazda customers across owned and paid channels.

Strategic Objectives teams up with Victim Services Toronto

Strategic Objectives has been tapped as the new PR agency of record for Victim Services Toronto, an organization committed to providing immediate crisis response, intervention and prevention services to individuals affected by crime and sudden tragedies.

As the new AOR, Strategic Objectives will develop a year-long public relations program to raise awareness of the organization and its roster of services that include everything from safety planning and emotional support to advocacy and referrals.

The PR program will launch this week during National Victims and Survivors of Crime Week, with several campaigns slated throughout the year to spotlight key services. Communications will focus on the Toronto market except for a national campaign to relaunch Reclaim, the fraudulent and coercive debt elimination program which supports victims of human trafficking across Canada.

Jarritos pushes button to select Elevator

Mexican legacy carbonated beverage brand Jarritos has hired Elevator as its new bilingual national PR agency of record.

Jarritos, founded in 1950, is a producer of premium, fizzy drinks crafted with natural fruit and authentic Mexican flavours. And the brand is looking to create an impact among Canadians, with Elevator tasked to handle its public relations, influencer relations, programming, and press office support.

AI-centric consultancy, Fabric Folk, launches
