New Cybersecurity Company TrackLight Names Management Team

TrackLight, a newly formed company that’s using artificial intelligence to battle rampant fraud and abuse of government payments, has announced its leadership team.

The company was started by Greg Loos and Linda Miller, both veterans of the gov tech cybersecurity sector. Loos, based in El Dorado Hills, is the chief executive, and Miller, based in Washington, D.C., is the chief growth officer. The two bring a combined background of experience in state and federal cybersecurity.

Loos said the TrackLight platform has four components: a due-diligence module; fraud analytics; social network analysis; and case management. Handling those aspects of the business will fall to the new team, comprising:

  • Amanda D’Amico, chief product officer: D’Amico, who has extensive experience in both government and the private sector, spearheaded a first-in-the-nation identification authentication system for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). “She is passionate about applying groundbreaking technology to TrackLight’s clients, leveraging her extensive experience in both government and private sectors,” the company says. Said D’Amico: “I’m excited to be a part of a team who is truly revolutionizing fraud prevention in the most substantial way that I have seen in my 20-plus-year career.”
  • Kira Conte, chief of staff: Conte, a graduate of Stanford University with a strong background in data science, has focused on using unstructured data to drive AI-assisted fraud detection and prevention. She has a background in psychology, which enhances her ability to understand team dynamics and foster a collaborative work environment. “Known for her exceptional organizational skills and go-getter attitude, Kira is passionate about putting her skills to good use in creating TrackLight’s innovative technology to fight fraud,” the company said. Added Conte: “Harnessing the power of unstructured data to revolutionize fraud prevention at TrackLight is an exciting innovation I’m eager to be a part of.”
  • Erik Halvorson, chief data scientist: Halvorson has 17 years of experience in federal law enforcement, specializing in financial fraud and public corruption investigations. The company said Halvorson, who is pursuing his Ph.D. in research methods and statistics, “is well-equipped to transform data into actionable insights at TrackLight.” Said Halvorson: “I’m excited to be part of a leading organization that can effect change in the fight against fraud in a way that was never possible as a government employee.”
  • Clint Eisenhower, chief revenue officer: Eisenhower has a deep background in the public and private sectors, including in the federal government as well as Pennsylvania state government.
  • Heather Antoinetti, chief marketing officer: “Heather’s extensive background in marketing and her innovative approach to building scalable solutions will be instrumental in advancing TrackLight’s marketing strategies,” TrackLight said. “She has a proven track record of driving results and enhancing brand visibility.” Said Antoinetti: “The intersection of cybersecurity and fraud prevention is where real impact happens. I’m thrilled to leverage my skills and TrackLight to help protect organizations and drive change.”
