Investmint, a signal-based trading app, has ceased operations due to challenges in establishing a viable business model, a media report said. 

The firm is currently exploring acquisition opportunities with well-capitalized wealth management companies. If talks fail, remaining capital may be returned to investors, Entrackr reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
