Oakley Capital Investments (GB:OCI) has released an update.

Oakley Capital Investments Limited (OCI) is set to invest approximately £39 million through Oakley Capital Fund V for a co-controlling stake in I-TRACING, a top French cybersecurity services provider. This move aligns with OCI’s growth strategy and follows I-TRACING’s impressive organic revenue growth and global expansion. The investment marks Oakley’s third venture in France and will support I-TRACING’s ambition to become a European cybersecurity leader.
