Successful participation of Open International, a company specialized in technology for public services, in the 48th CS Week Conference, the most relevant annual event for professionals and suppliers of this industry in the United States. This event, held in Fort Worth, TX, was attended by nearly 2,000 people from the sector and provided Open with a platform to present the innovations integrated into its Smartflex technological solution, a customer information system (CIS), powered by artificial intelligence, which encompasses end-to-end business processes, offering personalized interactions and omnichannel communication that improve operational efficiency and customer experience for these types of companies.

For one week, CS Week attendees had the opportunity to explore the capabilities of Smartflex through various product demonstrations. There, they interacted with the system and learned how this technological platform helps them simplify the complex commercial operations of their businesses, transforming them into simple digital journeys.

Also, during the event, attendees had the opportunity to interact with Open’s team of experts in different spaces, such as the Billing and Payments expert panel, where Hernando Parrott, President of Open in the United States, shared best practices and trends to optimize billing and payment processes through self-management portals or proactive digital interactions in public service companies. Parrott also showed examples of how Open has helped these companies in 19 countries execute these processes more efficiently.

On the other hand, Juan Corredor, CTO of Open, offered a technical talk focused on how Generative AI and Digital Adoption tools can offer flexibility to address the unique challenges of public services companies, such as: simplifying their operations, improving customer experience, innovate in customer contact processes, increase the efficiency of work teams and reduce the impact of technological obsolescence.

Regarding the event, William Corredor, CEO of Open International, expressed his pride in the company’s representation: “We are pleased year after year to show public service companies the innovations and new functionalities designed for the evolution of their businesses. “We firmly believe that technology is an invaluable ally that simplifies operations, offering exceptional flexibility to meet the unique needs of the sector.” Additionally, Corredor highlighted Open’s experience and maturity: “We have developed intelligent solutions for clients since 1987 in 19 countries, with more than 150 successful implementations. “We hope to consolidate ourselves as the key ally for these companies to grow and evolve.”
