Optimove adds Enteractive’s outbound calling service to CRM platform
Player conversion and reactivation services provider Enteractive has entered into a deal to integrate its outbound calling service with Optimove’s CRM marketing platform.
The agreement will enable Enteractive’s expertise in outbound calling for conversion and reactivation of players to complement Optimove’s existing marketing channels suite, which includes email, mobile, SMS, in-app messaging, as well as web and mobile push.
Enteractive’s services aim to boost player retention for operators, as well as identify and help tackle problematic gambling issues, by adding a personal interaction with players utilising Optimove’s customer-led marketing approach.
