Earlier this month, Microsoft partner Barhead Solutions hosted a roundtable on AI capabilities in CRM at its Sydney headquarters. 

The company’s CEO Ken Struthers and Microsoft’s strategy and technology director for business applications in Asia Mark Robertson explored how the AI Copilot features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 compared to Salesforce for functionality, price, integration and return on investment.
