Pray for Your Business Challenge supports faith-based entrepreneurs in startups | Homepage

Pray for Your Business Challenge founder Lakeia Crump-Mays told us about this two-day business event that helps faith-based entrepreneurs overcome their fears of leaping into the world of startups.

“One thing I have noticed is this Pray for Your Business Event has encouraged many people to step outside of their box and reach out to sources they didn’t know were available,” Crump-Mays said.

“I get it. It’s going to be scary. I promise you if you make God the base and the head. You work the middle, close your eyes, and you’ll land on your feet,” First Step Fitness Owner Jonathan Parker said.

The event featured booths and presentations to help support business owners.

“As a small business owner, it is really hard to get the awareness out about your business. This platform allows you to network, show our products, connectivity with each other and the community. I’m happy to be a part of the Pray for Your Business Challenge,” Light Candle Bar Owner Gaetana Yancy said.

“I sell cold press juices. I have sold to the host. She had my juice before and did a cleanse with me. She reached out and asked if we’d like to be a part of this Pray for Your Business Event. We came out and are enjoying ourselves. Sharing information about the benefits of cold press juice,” Loaded Juice CEO Arnika Carter said/

Crump-Mays said the event helps all involved feel braver and confident because of the group support.

“This is the first annual Pray for Your Business Event. Hopefully, with the attraction and attention we had this year it will continue to grow. There are more and more people who want to be entrepreneurs,” Mrs. Crump-Mays said.
