Robotics-Equipped Deliveries : ICA & Cleveron

ICA, Sweden’s largest grocery retailer is collaborating with Cleveron, a pioneering tech firm from Tallinn, Estonia, to revolutionize parcel delivery nationwide. They are doing so with the development of the ICA Agnostic Delivery network. By integrating Cleveron’s cutting-edge robotic technology into ICA’s stores, the partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

The brands’ successful pilot project concluded in April 2022, with 75 in-store pick-up points automated by the start of 2024. This strategic partnership represents a step towards more sustainable and efficient parcel delivery solutions in Sweden.
