At CoreWeave, a leader in providing specialized cloud computing services for AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our networking product portfolio.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be deeply involved in understanding the complex and evolving landscape of high-performance networking. Your objective will be to distill insights from the market and translate them into a coherent product strategy and roadmap. This strategy will not only position CoreWeave as a leader in the field but also ensure our products continue to meet the rigorous demands for scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the charge in developing new products and refining existing offerings, ensuring they align with the latest technological advancements, client expectations, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visionary Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s suite of Advanced Networking Products, aligning with both industry evolution and corporate objectives.
  • Market Mastery: Conduct extensive market research to uncover trends, technological innovations, and competitive dynamics within the high-performance networking sector.
  • Product Development Oversight: Lead interdisciplinary teams through the lifecycle of product development, from concept to launch, ensuring products like VPCs, load balancers, Managed DNS, and Direct Connects exceed market standards for functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Customer Centricity: Represent customer interests within the product development process, integrating feedback and usage data to refine product offerings and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, sales, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product launches, market positioning, and ongoing product management.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in product management, particularly with a focus on high-performance networking technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking product landscapes, including VPCs, load balancers, managed DNS, and Direct Connect solutions, along with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this space.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and unify teams around a common goal.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a history of leveraging data to drive strategic product decisions.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related fields, ideally with a specialization in networking technologies.
