Bengaluru: TCS has rolled out TCS AI WisdomNext, a platform that aggregates multiple GenAI services into a single interface, enabling firms to rapidly adopt next-gen technologies at scale, lower costs, and within regulatory frameworks. “We have a platform that aggregates our institutional knowledge that we are learning as we implement AI solutions for our customers and for our internal users also. This is because having a platform that digitizes our know-how and understanding of how to build effective AI solutions, how to turn promise into value, and how to scale value for an enterprise—all those learnings are changing rapidly because the technology itself is evolving very rapidly,” said TCS CTO Harrick Vin.TCS’s WisdomNext helps businesses choose the right models and simplify the design of new business solutions using GenAI tools. It also enables businesses to reuse pre-existing components to accelerate the design. “We have defined and embedded a fair bit of our understanding not only on how to use the technology effectively but also about our contextual understanding of individual industries, the lines of businesses, and what are probably good use cases in every line of business, where AI infusion will lead to substantial improvements in either quality or value. All of that is preloaded that helps us accelerate, sort of contextualise it in a particular customer environment,” he added.
