The Right Info to Make Sense of the Changing Front-End Web Development Area

This year we have received an overwhelming response from the speaker community for IT/Dev Connections. This is really a good problem to have–especially for attendees.

We have been working very hard to make sure we pick the right set of talks to meet your needs. We are focusing on technologies that are futuristic and sessions that include real-world experience with those technologies.

This article addresses the topics that will fall under Front-End Web Development technologies.

With the popularity of several JavaScript frameworks, you’ve likely been experiencing information overload. It’s exciting, to be sure, but it’s also challenging to keep up with what’s going in the JavaScript world. Ember, Angular, Knockout, Mustache, Aurelia, Handlebars … those are just some of the frameworks and templating libraries. It’s very easy to get confused, but at the same time you may feel pressured to pick one over the other.

Take Single Page Apps, for example. There are challenges associated with the SPA architecture, and we feel that IT/Dev Connections will be the one conference that will help you focus your evaluation and remove any doubts about the direction you should go in to be successful on the front end.

While it may be challenging to keep up, the good news is that there is constant innovation in the field of JavaScript. IT/Dev Connections will help you put everything in perspective with sessions that cover quite a few of these technologies, as well as pre-conference workshops where you will code with us and create real-world applications.

Did I forget to mention that you will get a chance to have informal chats with some creators and contributors of these frameworks, too?

See you at the conference!
