Secure Trust Bank Group has announced the appointment of Andrew Phillips as Managing Director of V12 Retail Finance Limited. He assumes this role following the retirement of Nick Davies, who stepped down at the end of April 2024.

Doconomy, an impact fintech company providing banks with innovative tools to drive climate action and financial wellbeing, announced the closure of one of Europe’s largest funding rounds in the sector, receiving €34million B-round investment from UBS Next, CommerzVentures and S&P Global to further accelerate sustainability capabilities in financial services.

AI fintech startup Kintsugi has announced a $6million funding round led by Link Ventures. The team will use the fresh funds to drive Kintsugi AI’s development of automated VAT solutions for Canada and Europe, supporting customers selling internationally.
