ThoughtSpot appoints Ahmed Quadri as Chief Customer Officer
The AI-Powered Analytics Company, ThoughtSpot, has announced the appointment of Ahmed Quadri to the pivotal role of Chief Customer Officer. This strategic move is aimed at delivering a world-class experience to customers as they look to leverage data for decision-making processes and fostering their own Data Renaissance.
Quadri boasts a commendable 20-year track record of leading customer-facing teams that have consistently delivered outsized results. His appointment to ThoughtSpot comes at a time of robust growth for the firm. This includes ThoughtSpot’s acquisition of Mode Analytics, which effectively doubled its combined customer base, and the success of ThoughtSpot Everywhere, an embedded analytics solution introduced in late 2021 that has emerged as an industry leader for product and app developers seeking to integrate AI into their analytics.
The introduction and expansion of ThoughtSpot Sage, an AI-powered search experience allowing users to harness the firm’s patented search technology for data insights via natural language search also forms part of this strategic growth phase.
Quadri’s impressive varied background spans across several technology companies. Prior to ThoughtSpot, Quadri held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Heap, a digital experience analytics leader. There, he led company evolution to deliver value realisation and growth-centric customer journeys.
Speaking on his new role, Quadri stated, “What excites me about ThoughtSpot is its focus on helping its customers break free from the shackles of legacy business intelligence and truly spark their own Data Renaissance with AI-powered analytics. ThoughtSpot’s strategic vision to put people and ideas, not technology, at the centre of data-driven decisions is exactly what companies need to win in today’s market.”
ThoughtSpot’s Chief Revenue Officer, Jeff Depa, commented on Quadri’s appointment, stating, “Quadri’s proven track record empowering companies to realise value from transformative technologies will be an incredible asset to all of our customers as they look to do the same with generative AI. As we continue to innovate across our own generative AI offerings in the months to come, I’m excited to see Quadri help our customers make the most of their investments in analytics.”
Driven by the success of its new Chief Revenue Officer, Jeff Depa and SVP of Strategy, Operations, and Enablement, Kelley Jarrett, ThoughtSpot is clearly positioned for continued growth. By joining ThoughtSpot at this juncture, Quadri is poised to play a transformative role in helping the company deliver even greater value to its customers via innovative AI-powered analytics.
