The acquisition, set to close around April 16, 2024, is expected to be financially beneficial to Tokens.com shareholders, with Simulacra’s past four years generating revenues of $15.6 million and a gross profit of $12.1 million. Simulacra aims to expand its market reach beyond entertainment into healthcare and education, leveraging its AI and robotics technology to become a leader in the AI companionship market.
