Toyota, Honda among Japan automakers admitting irregularities: ministry

TOKYO — Five automakers, including Toyota Motor and Honda Motor, admitted to irregularities in safety tests, Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced on Monday.

It said the other three companies that reported misconduct were Mazda Motor, Yamaha Motor and Suzuki Motor.
