Adobe Releases the Adobe Express for Enterprise Suite

Adobe has announced details on Adobe Express for Enterprise. This new offering can help businesses accelerate their marketing content creation and extend their on-brand content production efforts to business users in communications, sales, and other departments. Adobe Express for Enterprise is powered by Adobe Firefly Image Model 3. It enables sales and marketing users to reuse or adapt existing content for upcoming campaigns, localize campaign assets for different regions, design content for stakeholders, and customize client materials. CallRail and Intuit Mailchimp Detail a New Integration

CallRail, an AI-powered lead intelligence platform, has announced a new integration with Intuit Mailchimp, an email marketing and automation platform. With this integration, mutual customers can bridge the gap between online- and offline channels with personalized customer engagement based on lead attributes and AI-identified conversation insights. For example, marketers can use the integration to send automated follow-up emails or SMS messages. The integration is now available to mutual customers.

Cognigy, an AI-powered customer service solution provider, has launched new AI Agents for Sales and Marketing interactions. These tools will help companies engage customers with “hyper-personalized” service, turn customer interactions into transactions, and fuel revenue growth with scalable customer experiences. The AI Agents for Sales and Marketing will also help teams automate renewals, upselling, sales activations, and outbound scheduling efforts. Duda Announces New Features for its AI Assistant

Duda, a website builder for digital agencies and SaaS companies, has announced new features for its AI Assistant. The new features include AI sections and AI alt text, which can help teams launch high-performing websites at scale. For example, the AI sections tool can automatically generate new site sections with suggested design, layout, copy, and images from a simple, user-provided prompt. Meanwhile, the alt text feature boosts productivity by quickly generating alt text in multiple languages for any website images that don’t have them.
