Vietnam: New telecommunications law – KPMG United States

The National Assembly on 24 November 2023 passed the new telecommunications law, replacing the telecommunications law from 2009 generally effective 1 July 2024.

The provisions under the new law regarding the payment of fees for registering or maintaining the use of network numbers will take effect 1 January 2025.
