Volvo Cars’ first U.S. manufacturing plant, opened in 2018 near Charleston, now produces the EX90 alongside the S60 sedan. This facility can manufacture up to 150,000 vehicles annually and has undergone significant upgrades, including an advanced battery pack production line. These investments underscore Volvo’s long-term dedication to the region and the broader U.S. market, where it operates through a robust network of 281 dealerships across 47 states.

The EX90, built on Volvo’s next-generation electric vehicle technology, offers a range of up to 600 km.
