Zero&One attains generative AI competency for AWS cloud
Homegrown cloud consultancy Zero&One has attained the Generative AI Competency from Amazon Web Services (AWS), becoming the first service provider in the MENA region to land the certification.
The AWS Generative AI Competency is a certificate that demonstrates a company is both proficient and well established in building and deploying generative AI solutions on AWS, which is one of the globe’s largest cloud platforms.
With generative AI now on the radar of more than 9 out of 10 leaders, and billions in productivity value added up for the grabs, the rapidly emerging technology is in high demand, in its slipstream meaning that organisation are scrambling to find partners that have a proven track record of building and implementing generative AI solutions.
According to AWS, Zero&One is one such partner, having “consistently demonstrated its ability to deliver high-quality cloud solutions and services on AWS’s generative AI technologies.”
“Achieving the AWS Generative AI Competency fills us with pride, underscoring our commitment to technology advancement,” said Ali El Kontar, CEO of Zero&One. “We’re excited to collaborate closely with our clients, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to simplify complex challenges and create tangible values.”
Examples of such tangible values include automating processes, using generative AI to rapidly create assets, transforming data into valuable insights, and speeding up innovation. A 2023 report by McKinsey & Company estimated the value of generative AIuse cases to potentially add up to staggering $4.4 trillion per year.
Headquartered in the UAE, Zero&One operates with four offices across the Middle East. The firm is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner and is backed by a financial investor.
